I want to tell my experience on a special event in Muhammadiyah University of Malang, and the event is PESMABA 2013 or Pengenalan Studi Mahasiswa Baru 2013. Muhammadiyah University of Malang is on Jalan Raya Tlogomas No. 246 Malang. Usually, we call UMM. There are many Faculty in UMM, and many Department of course. And I’m from Electrical Engineering.
The event started from September, 7th 2013 until September, 10th 2013. But for me, started from September, 4th 2013, because I’m from third phase. Wednesday, September 4th 2013, all New Student of Engineering Faculty from third phase must came to Student Center and did PraPesmaba or EKSIS. EKSIS is Eksplorasi Karakter serta Penanaman Identitas dan Peran Fungsi.

Thursday, September 5th 2013, there was Rehearsal of Engineering Faculty in Parking Place of Engineering Faculty. And on Friday, September 6th 2013, there was Rehearsal of UMM. That event for opened PRAPESMABA at Saturday. Saturday, September 7th 2013 was the special event.
Opening Ceremony of PESMABA 2013 in UMM was so cool, there were many baloons flied on the sky and there was small plane flied with brought the word “PESMABA 2013″.

Then, all of New Student entered in UMM Dome. There was Opening Event of PESMABA 2013 by UMM Director, Dr. Muhadjir Effendy, M.AP. Mr. M. Jusuf Kalla also came in Opening PESMABA UMM 2013.
And then, PESMABA 2013 was on each Faculty. September, 10th 2013 was Closing Event of PESMABA 2013 in UMM Dome by Dr. Muhadjir Effendy, M.AP. He also sang a song “Sempurna” by Andra and The Backbone.
There was a short movie that showed on Closing Event of PESMABA 2013. And this is it:
